In
order to protect the privacy of our members, we have adopted a
policy to keep the email information private. Bayview
uses information that users voluntarily provide in order to send
out electronic newsletters and to enable users to participate in
events and on the Bayview message boards. We send out email communications
to subscribers on a regular schedule before tournaments and dinner
events, and occasionally send out special emails when we think subscribers
might be particularly interested in something we are doing. Bayview
Golf Club never shares newsletter mailing lists with any third parties,
including advertisers or partners. In no event
do we distribute or sell lists of e-mail addresses to any outside
agency.
